Graduated with honors from Kemerovo State University.

From 2015 to 2021, Ekaterina held the position of Director of Economics and Finance at EnergosbyT T Plus. From 2013 to 2015, she headed the Economics Department at KES-Energosbyt.

Between 2002 and 2013, she worked her way up from an ordinary specialist in a branch to the deputy head of the Economics and Finance Department at System Operator of the Unified Energy System of Russia.

She holds an Executive MBA and a master's degree from the Institute of Business and Business Administration at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, specializing in strategic management and leadership and management.
