In 2000 he graduated from the Moscow State Forest University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, in 2001 - with a degree in Economics and Management.

From 2002 to 2004 he worked at Sveza OJSC, in the Production Department.

From 2004 to 2012, he was involved in the implementation of information systems, was leading projects at OXS, OJSC (Optima Group) and Bell Integrator, CJSC.

From 2012 to 2019, he held senior positions in TEK Mosenergo OJSC, Trest Gydromontazh JSC, United Heavy Machinery Plants Group.

From 2019 to 2022, he held the position of Director of the Digitalization and IT Department at JSC Atomenergomash, the Engineering Division of Rosatom State Corporation.

Since August 2022 – Deputy General Director – Information Technology Director of the El 6 Group.
