Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys with a honors degree in thermal physics, automation and ecology of metallurgical production

He led the major construction activities at the Khakass aluminum smelter and reconstruction of the Sayanogorsk aluminum smelter.

Since 2011 till 2022, he was responsible for technical development at United Machine-Building Plants, PJSC, and headed the capital construction and project management directortates at Uralmashzavod PJSC and Cryogenmash PJSC.
